The tuition benefit can be a practical draw for staff looking to fund their undergraduate or master’s degree and work at the same time. And many nonprofits offer a helping hand with school, with tuition reimbursements that range from $1,000 to $7,000 and some exceptional organizations that fund the entire undergraduate or graduate degree, with a few limitations.
